Coach Gernot Rohr is satisfied the Super Eagles secured a draw in Cameroon.
Rohr points out that in their quest to avenge the four-nil loss to Nigeria the Indomitable Lions made several changes to the team from the Uyo.
A win in Cameroon would have made the Super Eagles the first African team to qualify for Russia 2018.
But Rohr says they were happy to pick a point on the road in Cameroon against a team, which wanted more.
