The FCT High Court has admitted former Governor of the Central Bank Of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele, to bail.
The Court also ordered him to produce two sureties who must own property worth N2 billion.
He was given 72 hours to perfect the bail conditions or risk being remanded in prison custody.
The sureties must also sign an undertaking that if the defendant jumps bail they will be remanded in custody.
